It is like a conditioning class with pole moves to build strength to get better and more stable and to prevent injuries. This is something people absolutely LOVE in my youtube videos. It really breaks a sweat and you feel your body and muscles working.

I can focus on pole strength for stability, injury prevention and stronger inverts for beginner/intermediate.

Vee Niz – BareFoot Body Language- “Get tichnical so you can get juicy” … –  90 min.  All levels

Find your inner rhythm through circles, waves, rolls, weight shifts, whips, turns, spinal articulations, grounded footwork and floor work sequences. Building a base of intuitive/ default movement we will explore looping and progressive material around the lower half of the pole and it’s all done while BareFoot (or socks if you want).

Miglena– Lyrical Pole – 90 min.  All levels

In this workshop we’re going to dance! Give yourself a little break from technical definitions and become one with the music. Learn one of the fun and creative choreographies that Miglena is known for.

Requirements for the workshop to be held is : Basic pole spins. Ideally you’ve taken choreo classes in the past.

Lørdag. 16 September
Kl. 9:00 – 10:30
Tanja – Breathwork and Pole –  90 min.  Beginner/intermediate

In my main business I am a breathwork facilitator and I do know a lot about how the breath influences your body. So this would be amazing to get rid of pre competition jitters.
The breath is amazing at guiding you, strengthen your core and helps to become more stable and fluid in movement.
I would lead with a breath/movement warmup. Explain what the breath does to your body, do a quick activating breath session to activate the system and prepare for dynamic movements followed by a few strength and dance moves working with the breath.
This one gives a new perspective and a holistic approach to using your whole system to lead and work with your breath instead of forcing the movements.

Miglena – Drops & Tumbles  – 90 minutes – Intermediate/advanced

Sudden drops and fast flips give you a heart attack?

Don’t worry. You will learn the foundations of dynamic downward transitions and tumbles, but in a slow and controlled way – with easier progressions and safety tips.

Spice up your routines and wow the audience with cool drops and tumbles.

Requirements for the workshop to be held is : Aerial invert and comfortable leg hangs (esp. inside). Intermediate level tricks (Butterfly, Jade, Superman).

Miglena – Spinning Fluidity –  90 min.  Intermediate

In this workshop you’ll learn how to master spinning momentum and create combos that flow. Start dancing your climbs and perfect your inverts with ease and grace. Learn fluid combos, shapes and transitions that make your routines look like a continuous dance, instead of just a series of tricks.

Requirements for the workshop to be held is : Climbing and inverting on static. Not getting motion sick easily.

In pole flow, you will learn how to put tricks together in a beautiful and flowing manner, along with some tips, tricks, and exercises to help you with your own pole flow journey.

Movement Uninterrupted- A Flowetic Basework Experience and the perfect sequel to “Barefoot Body Language”. Continue utilizing basework movement patterns, spins, turns, and add low flow/basework skills and tricks creating complete dance phrases that become natural and uninterrupted.
