Tanja Notschaele

Tanja is a passionate pole dancer, breath master and co-founder of the coaching business „Growthset“ she leads with her partner.

She started dancing to radio tunes as soon as she could stand up as a child. At age 7 she started practicing and performing dancing ballet, modern dance and floor acrobatics and continued to do so into her 20s until she discovered the exciting and challenging aerial arts.

Moving to Berlin, Partner acrobatics, pole dance, aerial silks and aerial rope paired with strength training and weight lifting became her favorite means of working out and expressing herself, starting a Youtube channel to help people build strength, learn tricks and find confidence in their very own pole journey.

After moving to Cyprus in 2022, Tanja started her breath master certification to help people dive deeper into their performance, release deep seated blockages and start living a life worth living, both on- and offline.
To this date their company has already made over 2.000 impacts – guiding people through breath journeys and confidence boosting breath exercises.
